Ground Works Reinforcement
Every great structure is built on solid foundations, and at F.T.U we reinforce all of your ground work needs such as raft slabs, footings, column pads, lift shaft/core wall pads, crane bases and fabric mesh.
Walls & Columns
We cover all your vertical reinforcement needs from conventionally placed lift shafts and core walls, to multiple jump-forms running at the same time. We can also build columns in place or have them prefabricated off site and delivered to save time on program.

ABOUT
After working on some of Sydney's largest construction projects since 1997 owner Filimon Filippou knew that for something to be strong, stable and dependable it needed to be built on solid foundations. Being born into business and at the same time knowing little about the business of the construction industry, he knew there had to be a better way.
He left the fast pace of high-rise construction and started 'Beaches Steel Fixing' where he began contracting on some of the most prestigious homes across Sydney's Northern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs. At the same time, he started learning more and more about both people and business as he started to expand to the point where he was the main steel fixing contractor along the coast.
Wanting more, in 2010 Filimon started FFR Group, building upon his foundations and transitioning into larger commercial projects, contracting to some of Australia’s largest construction companies securing larger and larger contracts over the years.'
After continually refining his systems within the expansion of the business and better understanding people, he had established himself in the industry. It was then that he chose to take the business in a different direction based on a specific strategy centred around a trusted management team.
In an industry where many believed bigger was better and more equals more, Filimon saw how that wasn’t the case. He believed in the practice that less equals more. By applying this he was able to better serve clients and better attract the right people to the company's team.
From this solid foundation, F.T.U Construction Services came to be.

Since 2007 we have completed hundreds of projects across 3 cities ranging from luxury trophy homes in some of Sydney’s most affluent areas, hospitals, commercial projects worth up to $400 million, and civil infrastructure projects across NSW.
